Weird Fictional Characters Behind Famous TV Series

After a long day work,  it really feels good when you are back home, watching your favorite television soap opera or series, with your family beside you. Sometimes we watch our favorite TV series, without knowing who was the actor playing the roles or their sidekick maybe. Some people are just familiar with the character’s name but does not know the name of the actor portraying the lead roles and other characters of the show. Just like me, I want to know my favorite leading actors of my favorite television series.

1)  NCIS also known as NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service, which the plot of the story revolved on police procedures of investigating crimes, played by fictional special agents team from the Naval Criminal Investigative Service conducting investigations that involves the Marine Corps and the U.S. Navy.

Thomas Mark Harmon as Leroy Jethro Gibbs

Thomas Mark Harmon, is an American actor who starred and played the role of  Leroy Jethro Gibbs in the CBS series NCIS since 2003, (born September 2, 1951). He worked as a carpenter before making a success on NCIS of his acting career, his carpentry skills are alluded to through Gibbs’ (his character) hobby of building boats in his basement.  In the 1970′s, Mark Harmon dated singer Karen Carpenter.  Mark Harmon saved two teenage boys involved in a car accident outside of his home in the year 1996, using a sledge hammer from his garage to break the window of their burning car, then pulled them free from the flames.  Leroy Jehro Gibbs as the NCIS character, he is a dedicated coffee drinker, where an episode, played out with his team setting up someone to innocently drink or spill his coffee, incurring Gibbs’ ire.

Sasha Alexander

Sasha Alexander or  Suzana S. Drobnjaković, was born on May 17, 1973, and became famous as former Secret Service/NCIS Special Agent Kate Todd, a role that Alexander played in the first NCIS two seasons.  Special Agent Caitlin “Kate” Todd is a CBS drama NCIS fictional character. “Kate Todd” first encountered by the team as a special agent of the  United States Secret Service, assigned to the Presidential Protection Detail on Air Force One, she was recruited by senior special agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs at the end of the first episode following her resignation from the USSS for breaking the rules about not dating a colleague or having a relationship with them. In the finale of the “Twilight” episode, Todd was shot in the head and killed in the line of duty by rogue Ari Haswari, a Mossad member at the end of Season 2, in the last few seconds following Sasha Alexander’s decision to leave the show. Sasha Alexander was replaced by Cote de Pablo, a Chilean actress, and played the role of Ziva David.

Cote De Pablo  aka Ziva David

María José de Pablo Fernández  better known as Cote de Pablo, was born on November 12, 1979, is a Chilean-American born  stage and TV actress and recording artist, songwriter and vocalist. Cote de Pablo,is best known for her role in the CBS television series NCIS, as Ziva David, a former Liaison Officer of the Israeli Mossad, now a NCIS special agent, for which she has won an Alma Award. De Pablo is in a long-term relationship with American actor Diego Serrano. As a consequence of her doing her own stunts on NCIS, de Pablo has been injured several times on the show including injuring her neck.  Ziva David was born in the Negev desert of southern Israel.  David replaced Caitlin “Kate” Todd (Sasha Alexander), who was killed at the hands of Ziva’s half-brother, Ari Haswari (portrayed by Rudolf Martin, in the Season 2 finale.

Sean Murray aka Timothy McGee

Sean Harland Murray (born November 15, 1977) is an American actor, and best known for portraying the role of Timothy McGee in the CBS drama television NCIS and as Danny Walden in JAG, the military drama.  Several of Murray’s relatives have ties to NCIS. Murray is the stepson  of Donald Belizario, creator of the famous NCIS, Chad W. Murray, his younger brother is a producer. Moreover, Murray’s mother Vivienne appeared in season one of NCIS as the Mysterious Redhead  usually seen with Leroy Jethro Gibbs, and Sarah McGee, the sister of Murray’s character, is portrayed by Troian Belisario, his stepsister.  Murray married Carrie James on November 26, 2005 and had their first daughter named Caitlyn Melissa Murray, on May 3, 2007, and their second child, River James Murray, was born in Los Angeles on April 22, 2010.  NCIS Special agent Timothy McGee is a police procedural investigating crime. Special Agent Timothy McGee, commonly referred to by Tony DiNozzo, special agent as “Probie”, “McGeek”, “McQueen”, “McGoo”, or even “Baldy McBald” (referring to his less-haired appearance) is part of a major case squad led by Special agent Gibbs. In addition to responding to crime scenes and conducting investigations (along with the rest of the field team), McGee also serves as Gibbs’s computer consultant, assist Abby Sciuto in the forensics lab when necessary.

Pauley Perrette as   Abby Sciuto 

Pauley Perrette (born March 27, 1969) is an American actress, best known for playing the television series NCIS as Abby Sciuto, a role that has made her the most popular actress on U.S. primetime television. Perrette is also a published writer, civil rights advocate and singer. She studied criminal justice, and later moved to New York City to study at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice.  Perrette has worked for years in television and film, doing commercials, voice-overs, music videos and short films, and worked as a bartender in New York City. While working odd jobs in New York, a friend introduced her to an advertising agency director, and landed her current role, playing Abby Sciuto, a fictional character from NCIS , an eccentric forensic scientist, based on the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, as forensic specialist with expertise in ballistics, DNA analysis and and digital forensic, portrayed a weird goth style black dresses, shirts, mini skirts and jewelry, pig-tailed black hair (she is a natural blonde), with tattoos on her neck, arms, back ankles and other body parts. Her choker is one of her “favorite” jewelry and weird make up.

Michael Weatherly as Special Agent Anthony “Tony” DiNozzo

Michael Manning Weatherly, Jr. (born July 8, 1968) better known as Michael Weatherly, is an American actor, became known for his roles as NCIS Special Agent Tony DiNozzo, and as Dark Angel television series role of Logan Cale.   He appeared in JAG as Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo in 2003, and continued that role on the CBS TV show NCIS through May 2012.  Weatherly became engaged to Jessica Alba, his Dark Angel co-star in 2001, but the couple ended their engagement in 2003.  Then in September 2009,  Weatherly married Bojana Jankovic , an internist, and the couple live in Los Angeles, and owned Oriana and Quantum, two German Shepherd dogs. As the fictional character of Tony DiNozzo, in the NCIS TV show, he once dated a social worker named Michelle who, after he ended their relationship, broke into his apartment and filled his closet with dog feces. He also had a short relationship with NCIS Special Agent Paula Cassidy. He also broke up with his fiance, a Navy lieutenant, and shortly after Tony broke up with her, she posted his name, identity and information on a herpes alert website.

Chris O’Donnell as NCIS Special Agent G. Callen

Christopher Eugene “Chris” O’Donnell (born June 26, 1970) is an American actor, who played as Robin in two Batman films, as Charlie Simms in Scent of a Woman, as Finn Dandridge in Grey’s Anatomy, as Peter Garrett in Vertical Limit and the recent series The Company as Jack McAuliffe and currently stars as special agent G. Callen on the crime drama series NCIS: Los Angeles. O’Donnell began modeling at the age of thirteen and was featured in several commercials.  O’Donnell was first discovered when he was cast in a commercial of McDonald’s, in which he served Michael Jordan. Chris O’Donnell stars in NCIS: Los Angeles since 2009, as G. Callen, an NCIS Special Agent in charge of the Office of Special Projects Team stationed in Los Angeles. The fictional character of G. Callen (portrayed by Chris O’Donnell) is an NCIS Special Agent in charge of the Office of Special Projects Team stationed in Los Angeles, reporting directly to the OSP Operations Manager Hetty Lange. He is known by friends as “G”. Callen once served with his good friend Leroy Jethro Gibbs, who now works at the NCIS Headquarters located in the Washington Navy Yard. Callen specializes in deep undercover work, and can speak six other languages fluently, such as, Spanish, Polish, Russian, German (with an English accent, which is claimed to be Austrian), Italian (with a Northern accent), French,   and Romanian language.

Linda Hunt aka Hetty Lange

Lydia Susanna Hunter (born April 2, 1945), better known by her stage name Linda Hunt, is an American film, stage and television actress best known for her role as Henrietta “Hetty” Lange in the CBS series, NCIS: Los Angeles. After making her film debut portraying the role of  Mrs. Oxheart in 1980′s Popeye, as Billy Kwan in her breakthrough performance, in the 1982′s The Year of Living Dangerously.  Hunt is distinguished by her small stature, she is 4 feet 9 inches tall and by her rich, resonant voice, which she has used in numerous documentaries, cartoons, and commercials. Hunt is openly lesbian and, since 1987, has lived with her spouse Karen Klein, in Los Angeles. The fictional character of Henrietta “Hetty” Lange (portrayed by Linda Hunt) is the Operations Manager at NCIS in Los Angeles, and was introduced in “Identity”, the first episode of NCIS: Los Angeles.

LL Cool J as Sam Hannah

James Todd Smith (born January 14, 1968), better known as LL Cool J, an abbreviation for Ladies Love Cool James, is an Americanrapper, entrepreneur, and Bay Shore actor from Bay Shore, New York. He has also appeared in numerous films, and currently stars as NCIS Special Agent Sam Hanna on the crime drama television series NCIS: Los Angeles under CBS.  He married Simone I. Johnson, on August 9, 1995 at his home in Long Island, New York. The couple have four children. The fictional character of  Sam Hanna  (portrayed by LL Cool J) is a former U.S. Navy SEAL ,retired with the rank of Chief Petty Officer (E-7) from SEAL Team Five out of Coronado, CA working as a Senior NCIS agent. He is tough and great friends with G. Callen, and very curious about Callen’s past. He speaks and reads Arabic language, using it to assist the team with translation and conversation when dealing with Arabic intelligence, and has an encyclopedic knowledge of the Qur’an,  still lives by the Navy SEAL code of conduct, and has a strong sense of honor.

Daniela Ruah aka Kensi Blye, NCIS: Los Angeles Special Agent

Daniela Sofia Korn Ruah was born December 2, 1983, she is a Portuguese actress best known for her fictional NCIS character as Special Agent Kensi Blye in the CBS TV series NCIS: Los Angeles, after three years of moving to the United States of America to study international acting. She has a weird birthmark in her right eye , known as the Nevus of Ota, while her one eye is  hazel, giving her eyes a weird and unique appearance, while the other eye is brown/blackish. She is left handed and left-eye dominant. Ruah can speak three languages fluently such as English, Spanish and Portuguese. Kensi Marie Blye portrayed by Daniela Ruah)  is a Junior Field agent in the NCIS Office of Special Projects Team stationed in Los Angeles. Like G. Callen, Sam Hanna, Eric Beale and Nate Getz, Kensi Blye was first introduced from the NCIS back-door pilot “Legend”. Kensi came from a Marine Corps family, and drive to Camp Pendleton every weekend. Kensi knows the Morse code and can lip-read.  

Eric Christian Olsen as   Detective Marty Deeks 

Eric Christian Olsen was born on May 31, 1977, an American actor and currently portrays the fictional character of the NCIS: Los Angeles  Detective Marty Deeks. Eric Olsen is married to actress Sarah Wright. and was married on June 23, 2012 near Jackson Hole, Wyoming. As  Marty Deeks, portrayed by Eric Christian Olsen, is a Los Angeles Police Department member, been to a Law school and passed the California State Bar Examination. He was given the position of NCIS/LAPD Liaison Officer, at the “Hand to Hand” last episode, which he cooperated with his team with his undercover operations. However, in one episode, a conversation between Hetty and Callen, he said that they do not need a liaison officer, but Hetty, has been observing Deeks for some time, to make Deeks an NCIS agent. In the “Imposters” episode, Hetty presents Deeks with complete and signed NCIS application forms.

Barrett Foa as  Eric Beale

Barrett Foa is an American actor, born September 18, 1977, best known for his role as NCIS: Los Angeles CBS television series, Eric Beale.  As the character, Eric Beale, he plays the role as technical operator in the Office of Special Projects. In January 2010, the role was upgraded to series regular.  He and fellow NCIS character, Abby Sciutto has grown quite fond of each other and have a strong friendship.  Both Foa and Sciutto are skilled in sign language.

Renée Felice Smith as Nelle Jones, NCIS: Los Angeles

Renée Felice Smith is an American actress, born January 16, 1985 best known for portraying as Nell Jones on CBS TV series, NCIS: Los Angeles.  Nell Jones is the partner of Eric Beale as an NCIS analyst. Nell Jones is of medium stature with red pixie haircut style. Eric Beale shows interest and feelings towards Jones, but she do not point them back to Beale.

3)   CIS: Miami (Crime Scene Investigation: Miami) is an American television series on CBS and  a police procedural series that ran from September 23, 2002 to April 8, 2012.

David Caruso

David Stephen Caruso is an American actor and producer, born January 7, 1956. Caruso is best known for portraying Lieutenant Horatio Caine on the CSI: Miami TV series. The role that gained him significant recognition was the ABC crime drama NYPD Blue as the role of Detective John Kelly. Horatio Caine is a main cast and fictional character of the crime drama CSI: Miami, and the current CSI head of the crime lab, under the rank of Lieutenant of the MDPD.

Emily Procter as Calleigh Duquesne, CSI: Miami

Emily Mallory Procter is an American actress, born October 8, 1968, and at the age of two, Procter was adopted as an infant and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. Procter is best known for her crime drama series, CSI: Miami as Calleigh Duquesne. Procter gave birth to a daughter, Philippa Frances, called Pippa, on December 8, 2010 with her boyfriend, musician Paul Bryan, but her pregnancy was not revealed into the 9th season of CSI: Miami although her appearances for the entire season were limited. Calleigh Duquesne ‘s fictional character as a CIS ballistic specialist from Louisiana.

Adam Rodríguez as Eric Delko

Adam Michael Rodriguez is an American actor and director, born April 2, 1975. Rodriguez is best known for his long running CSI: Miami fictional character, Eric Delko. Eric Delko is the Miami-Dade Crime lab fingerprint, tire and drug identification expert and underwater recovery expert.

Khandi Alexander as  Dr. Alexx Woods

Khandi Alexander is an American dancer, choreographer, film and television actress, born September 4, 1957. Alexander is best known for her fictional role on CSI: Miami as Dr. Alexx Woods and on NewsRadio as Catherine Duke, and as the fictional character of  Jackie Robbins on ER, and sister to Dr. Peter Benton and appearing on HBO series, Treme.  As her fictional CSI fictional character Dr. Alexx Woods, she portrays a forensic medical examiner, working with the Miami-Dade Police Department for six seasons. The weird  character of Dr. Alexx Woods, was talking to the corpses she is examining and oftentimes named the corpses as, “sweetie”, “honey”, or “baby girl or baby boy” and often comments that the victims were too young to die. Woods, plays as a maternal figure to her colleagues most especially to Eric Delko and Ryan when they are injured.

Rory Cochrane as  Tim Speedle, CSI: Miami

Rory Cochrane is an English actor born in New York born on February 28, 1972. He is known for his character as Ron Slater in Dazed and Confused, Lucas in Empire Records, as Greg Seaton in TV series 24 and a portraying fictional character of CSI Timothy “Tim” Speedle, and best friend to Eric Delko.  Tim Speedle “untimely death” at the start of third season, because of his carelessness and neglecting of proper sidearms maintenance which unfortunately caused Speedle’s own death.

Kim Delaney as  Megan Donner

Kim Delaney is an American actress born November 29, 1961, best known for her starring role as NYPD Blue Detective Diane Russell, on the ABC drama television series, for which she has won an Emmy Award.  She portrayed the fictional character as Megan Donner on the CSI: Miami for 10 episodes.  CBS then courted Delaney to take on the female lead on its new drama television series, CSI: Miami, a spin-off of sorts from the hit CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. After 10 episodes, Delaney was written off  according to Entertainment Weekly, because of “lack of chemistry” between her and lead star CSI: Miami, David Caruso.

Sofia Milos as Yelina Salas, CSI: Miami

Sofia Milos  is an Italian/Greek actress born 27 September 1969. Milos is best known for her CSI: Miami fictional role as Yelina Salas.  Sofia Milos is a member of the Church of Scientology. As CSI character, Detective Yelina Salas, detective with the Miami-Dade Police Homicide Division, she was close to Horatio Caine, head of the Miami-Dade Crime Lab, because Yelina is the wife of Horatio’s late brother, Raymond Caine, (who was beaten to death by  leader Antonio Riaz, Mala Noche drug gang in Rio de Janeiro) with whom Yelina Salas had a son, Raymond Caine, Jr.

Jonathan Togo as Detective Ryan Wolfe

Jonathan Frederick Togo is an American actor, born August 25, 1977, known for his fictional role as Detective Ryan Wolfe in CSI: Miami. Togo’s mother is of Italian and Irish descent and his father is Jewish, with the original family surname, “Tonkaviev”, shortened by a forefather who wanted something snappier for his carpet business. As officer Detective Ryan Wolfe, he was a former patrol officer, and hired by the CSI, after veteran CSI Tim Speedle is killed in the line of duty. Ryan Wolfe has a background in science, a Chemistry major at Boston College and now pursuing a master’s degree in genetics. Wolfe showed interest to detail and to care of his Beretta 92 sidearm, that reflects the fixation on minute details that emerge from his weird obsessive- compulsive disorder.  

Rex Linn as Detective Frank Tripp

Rex Maynard Linn is an American film and television actor, born November 13, 1956. Rex Linn is best known for his role as the fictional character on CSI: Miami, Detective Sergeant Frank Tripp, in the Homicide division of the Miami-Dade Police Department.  Linn is currently reported to be living in Sherman Oaks, California, with his dogs in cat suits, Jack and Choctaw, and he is a fan of the University of Texas Longhorns, even taking the day off from his CSI: Miami work to attend the Rose Bowl 2005 game when his beloved team was playing and winning the 2005 national championship against University of Southern California. As Detective Tripp frequently accompanies Horatio Caine and the CSI teams to crime scenes, especially those that involve dangerous gangsters and criminals, as well as assisting them in serving warrants. He has a great deal of knowledge of forensic procedures and respects the efforts and results of the CSI team (compared to Captain Jim Brass his counterpart, on the CS: Crime Scene Investigation). Detective Sergeant Frank Tripp, has a good working relationship with all the CSI teams, particularly Calleigh Duquesne. Although he is not as highly educated as the rest of the team, his knowledge and “street smarts” about the local area come in handy during investigations.

Eva LaRue as Detective Natalia Boa Vista

Eva Maria LaRue  is an American actress and model, born Eva Maria LaRuy on December 27, 1966, and the third cousin of Jane Fonda. LaRue is best known as Doctor Maria Santos on All My Children, and was a regular cast on CSI: Miami, playing a fictional character of Detective Natalia Boa Vista CSI: Miami of the Miami-Dade Police Department.  Nika LaRuy, LaRue’s sister,was one of the women photographed by convicted William Richard Bradford, a serial killer, for his collection. Nika was no. 3 among the 54 women photographed on the poster released by the Los Angeles Police Department to find living victims. Bradford would photograph women he met in bars under the guise that he would assist their modeling careers. The incident was used in a CSI: Miami episode after the scary case was revealed. As Natalia Boa Vista, little is known about Natalia’s background prior to her association with the FBI and MDPD. In the “Darkroom” Season 5 episode, it is revealed that she has at least two younger sisters, Anya and Christine.  Natalia discovers that one of the pictures is of her sister Anya or On-ya, is one of the women that the CSIs are looking for, according to revealed DNA from a crime scene, and was revealed that Natalia has other sister, named Cristine. Horatio managed to locate and rescue Anya, and the sisters are happily reunited, at the end of the episode. Natalia Boa Vista is a DNA analyst assigned only to work on unsolved or cold cases, though this is, until the end of season four, a cover for her, which in the end of her undercover assignment in the season 4 finale, she resigns from the FBI and joins the MDPD.

Megalyn Echikunwoke as Dr. Tara Price, CSI: Miami

Megalyn Ann Echikunwoke is an American-Nigerian, German-Scot-Irish model and actress, born on May 28, 1983, in Spokane, Washington but she was raised on a Navajo Native American reservation in Chinle, Arizona. Her father is from the Nigerian-Igbo descent, while her mother is a German/Scot-Irish descent. She has a brother named Miki and a sister named Misty.  Echikunwoke also portray a fictional character as Nichole, in a television series 24, the daughter of then Senator and future President David Palmer, during the first season. In CSI: Miami season seven, Echikunwoke joined the cast as the  fictional character of Dr. Tara Price, as the new Medical Examiner. She appeared on the show for one season.  Tara first appears in the second episode of season 7, as the replacement for murdered coroner Shannon Higgins (who original replaced Dr. Alexx Woods who appeared only in the season 6 finale). Tara Price’s first job is to examine the body of a burned man on a beach.

Eddie Cibrian as Jesse Cardoza, CSI: Miami

Edward Carl “Eddie” Cibrian  is an American actor from a Cuban descent, born June 16, 1973. Eddie Cibrian is best known for his television roles as patriarch Cole Deschanel on Sunset Beach, as Russell Varon in the cult classic Invasion, as Jimmy Doherty on Third Watch and fictional character on crime drama series CSI: Miami as Jesse Cardoza. Cibrian joined the CSI: Miami cast in 2009, as an officer from the Hollywood division joining the team of Horatio Caine in Miami. His contract was not picked up for the 2010-11 season. Cibrian married a former model, Brandi Glanville in May 2001, and together had two sons. However, Cibrian and Glanville divorced on September 30, 2010. They separated in July 2009 after months of speculation that Cibrian was having an affair with his married Northern Lights co-star LeAnn Rimes, a country singer and actress.  On December 27, 2010, it was announced that Rimes and Cibrian were engaged, and the couple wed on April 22, 2011 at a private home in California.  Jesse Cardoza is a fictional character on the CSI: Miami CBS crime drama, portrayed by played by Eddie Cibrian until the character’s death in the ninth season, “Fallen” opening episode. Jesse Cardoza is in the crime lab when he was poisoned by Serial Killer Bob Starling from Halon gas, and dies after he hits and cuts his head during his fall, suffering a subdural hemorrhage. The other team members attempts to revived him, but it was too late.

Omar Benson Miller as Walter Simmons

Omar Benson Miller is an American actor, born October 7, 1978.  Omar Miller was regular cast on CSI: Miami since October 5, 2009, playing the fictional character of Walter Simmons, a native from Louisiana, and fluent French speaker, and Art theft specialist as a member of the team led by Horatio Caine (David Caruso). Art theft is commonly for the purpose of resale or for ransom or called artnapping. The stolen art is sometimes used by criminals as collateral to secure loans, and only a small percentage will be recovered by these stolen arts, with estimates ranging from 5 to 10%. This means that little is known about the scope and characteristics of art theft.  Walter Simmons is in a night shift, and Horatio Caine changed his duty to day shift in season 8. Despite his “big” stature, Simmons seems to be easily frightened by large animals and human corpses. Thus Simmons is rarely seen in the autopsy room and handles trace evidence instead. Walter Simmons often given the dirtier and unwanted tasks, maybe because of his lowest ranking CSI officer, such as retrieving a dead repoman flushed down a toilet and collecting traces of evidence from a large pile of rocks.

4)   CSI: NY (Crime Scene Investigation: New York) is an American police procedural TV series, showing investigations of NYPD forensic scientists team and police officers unveiling the circumstances behind the strange or unusual mysterious deaths and other crimes.

Gary Sinise as Detective Mac Taylor, CSI: NY

Gary Alan Sinise is an American film director, film and television actor and musician, born March 17, 1955. During his career, Gary Sinise has won numerous awards including an Emmy, Golden Globe Award and was nominated for an Academy Award, as best supporting actor for his role as Lt. Dan Taylor in Forrest Gump in 1994. Gary Sinise has starred in CSI: NY as Detective Mac Taylor since 2004. Since 1981, Sinise has been married to actress Moira Harris and they have three children. Mac Llewellyn Taylor is a co-protagonist and fictional character of the CBS crime drama series CSI: NY. Detective Mac Taylor is the Supervisor of teh team and Head of the NYPD Crime Lab.

Melina Kanakaredes as Detective Stella Bonasera

Melina Eleni Kanakaredes Constantinides  is an American actress, born April 23, 1967. She is became known for two starring roles on U.S. prime-time television drama series as Dr. Sydney Hansen in Providence and as CSI: NY fictional and co-protagonist as Detective Stella Bonasera for six seasons. The CBS confirmed that Kanakaredes would not be returning for the seventh season of CSI: NY July 2010.  Kanakaredes married Peter Constantinides  on September 6, 1992  Together, they have two daughters. Kanakaredes after which the character as Bonasera, was written out of the show due to not renewing her contract. She is replaced by Sela Ward, as the fictional character of Jo Danville.

Sela Ward as Jo Danville, CSI: NY

Sela Ann Ward is an American television and movie actress, born July 11, 1956.  She was widely know for her roles as on the Sisters as Teddy Reed, on the American TV series from 1991 to 1996, on Once and Again as Lil Manning from 1999 to 2002, and in 2010, Ward joined the CBS crime drama CSI: NY as a regular cast as the fictional character and co-protagonist, Jo Danville . Ward is married to Howard Sherman since May 23, 1992 and have two children. As her character, Jo Danville, she joins the CIS: NY team as the new Assistant Supervisor, replacing Detective Stella Bonasera. Danville is from Virginia, where she worked for the FBI, in her field of expertise as DNA specialist with her moral beliefs, “that everyone is innocent until science proves otherwise”.  Danville has a background in criminal psychology, which makes Danville very effective at getting under the skin of the potential suspects during interrogation or questioning them.

Carmine  Giovinazzo as Detective Danny Messer

Carmine Dominick Giovinazzo  is an Italian-American actor and singer, plays guitar, writes songs and poems and during his free time, he updates his own ,  born August 24, 1973, known for his role as Detective Danny Messer in CSI: N.Y.   He is currently a lead vocalist in his band “Ceesau”.  He is also a painter, mostly in oils, and one of his paintings appeared in the  “Tri-Borough” CSI:N.Y. episode. Giovinazzo married actress Vanessa Marcil on July 11, 2010 in a private ceremony in New York City. Giovinazzo announce that his wife Vanessa suffered miscarriage via Twitter  in December 2011, and her second year. Vanessa Marcil filed for divorce on August 22, 2012  in L.A. County Superior Court, citing “irreconcilable differences”.       As Detective Danny Messer is a fictional character on CSI:N.Y. the CBS crime drama, and Danny is married to fellow CSI Lindsay Monroe and the two have a daughter, Lucy Messer. Danny also has a brother named Louie.

Vanessa Ferlito as Detective Aiden Burn

 Vanessa Ferlito is an American actress, born December 28, 1977, known for her roles in The Sopranos, Man of the House, Quentin Tarantino’s Death Proof, and as Claudia Hernandez on the third season of TV series 24, but noted as Detective Aiden Burn  on CSI: NY. Ferlito decide to leave the CSI: N.Y. show, to concentrate more on her films and theater acting career.  As Aiden Burn she has the ability to adapt to new situations very quickly and has a love and drive for her job similar to that of Sara Sidle on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Detective Aiden Burn was dismissed from her team in season two, episode 2  after becoming obsessed with a rape case concerning her friend Regina Bowen, who was raped twice by a man named D.J. Pratt, and in spite of the forensic evidence against him, there was no press charges against Pratt. Regina seek tha help of Aiden Burn, but Pratt left no evidence, and Regina became obsessed to press charges against Pratt.  In ultimate season 2 episode, “Heroes”, Aiden, after following Pratt for months, Aiden was lured, ambushed, and brutally murdered by Pratt, and Aiden’s body incinerated inside a stolen car.  Aiden felt that her time is becoming short, she leaves behind critical evidence that she knows will help her former colleagues to close in on Pratt and finally see him arrested. Aiden’s death devastates Mac and the rest of the team, particularly Detective Danny Messer, maybe because sharing jokes and having a close relationship.

Hill Harper as Dr. Sheldon Hawkes

Frank Harper better known as Hill Harper, is an American stage, film and television actor and author and an alumnus of the Harvard Law School. Hill Harper was born on May 17, 1966. His role as Dr. Sheldon Hawkes in the CBS drama CSI: N.Y. as the sultry voiced medical examiner of the crime lab, but moves into the field in the second  season, surprising the head of the CSI, Mac Taylor.

Eddie Cahill as Detective Don Flack, CIS: NY

Edmund Patrick “Eddie” Cahill is an American actor, born January 15, 1978, known for his roles on Miracle on Ice as goalie Jim Craig, as Tag Jones on Friends and the most noted roles as Detective Don Flack on CSI: N.Y. Cahill married his longtime girlfriend Nikki Uberti in Los Angeles, a make-up artist and former model and ex-wife of photographer Terry Richardson. The fictional role of Detective Don Flack with badge #8571, is portrayed as the legal muscle for the CSI: NY team, similar to the roles of his Las Vegas and Miami counterparts Jim Brass and Frank Tripp. Detective Flack is often seen interrogating suspects with a wit and sarcastic characteristic. Flack is a homicide detective with the NYPD, known for both his dry wit and his determination to hunt down suspects, and his mentor is Gavin Moran, a cop, whom Flack was forced to arrest in the later part, after it was revealed that Moran concealed evidence during the process of investigation.

Anna Belknap as Detective Lindsay Moore

Anna Belknap is an American actress, born May 22, 1972, best known for her role as Detective Lindsay Monroe on CSI: N.Y.  Belknap is married to Eric Siegel, a colleague from the Rude Mechanicals Theater Company in New York. They have two children, a daughter named Cassie (born January 14, 2007), and a son named George (born February 6, 2009. For three years,  Monroe had worked as a CSI in Bozeman when she was pulled out by crime lab supervisor Mac Taylor to replace Aiden Burn after her death, whom Mac had fired for tampering with crime-scene evidence. While, according to Stella Bonasera, her dedication and abilities in the lab first drew Mac’s notice, she has since proven herself to be a good CSI in the field and also a competent interrogator.  Lindsay Monroe has been referred to as Lindsay Monroe-Messer or Lindsay Messer in episodes of CSI: NY from Season 7 onwards, after her marriage to Danny Messer.

Robert Joy as Dr. Sid Hammerback, CSI: NY

Robert Joy is a Canadian actor, born August 17, 1951, best known for his role as Dr. Sid Hammerback in CSI: N.Y. and in the Land of the dead he portray the role of Charlie. Joy is divorced from his wife actress Mary Joy, and they have one daughter, Ruby Joy, who is an actress who performed with his dad in Shakespeare’s  The Tempest in 2011. Robert Joy joined the CBS TV show, CSI: N.Y. since 2005, during its second season as a recurring character, Dr. Sid Hammerback as the Chief Medical Examiner, and became a main cast member in season five. Joy stated, “I basically read the script and then look up everything on that I don’t know, and try to find out how to pronounce all the long words and get my head around actually what it is that I’m conveying, because often my character has a lot of explaining to do.

A.J. Buckley as Adam Ross, CSI: NY

Aaron John “A. J.” Buckley is an Irish born-Canadian film and television actor, born February 9, 1978. A.J. Buckley was offered o portray the role of Adam Ross on CSI: N.Y. a hit crime drama television series in 2005. Buckley’s part was supposed to be a recurring role, but by the end of 2007 third season, Buckley was offered a five year contract for the CSI: N.Y. show. Buckley had appeared in a different character on the original CSI: Crime Scene Investigation in a 2004 episode, before he became Adam Ross in CSI: N.Y. A.J. Buckley’s skills are rather eclectic and diverse, and as Adam Ross, he also works with trace evidence and has the qualifications and master’s degree necessary to run a PCR DNA test to check for the presence of HIV.

Kiefer William Frederick Dempsey George Rufus Sutherland known as Kiefer Sutherland, is a British-born Canadian actor, producer and director, born 21 December 1966. On the FOX series 24, he won Emmy Award, a Golden Globe Award, 2 Screen Actors Guild and two Satellite Awards for his role as Jack Bauer on 24 FOX action drama series for television. Jack Bauer was working with the FBI and as member of the Counter Terrorist Unit (CTU), Sutherland also plays the role in the FOX drama series, Touch, as Martin Bohm. Sutherland has one daughter, Sarah Jude, born February 18, 1988, from his first marriage to Camelia Kath, the widow of Terry Kath, Chicago guitarist and singer, whom Sutherland was married from September 12, 1987 to 1990, then they divorce. In 1990, Sutherland met Julia Roberts, when they co-starred in Flatliners, and announced their engagement in August 1990 and scheduled their wedding on June 14, 1991. Three days before the wedding, Roberts broke the engagement allegedly because Sutherland had been having an affair with a stripper named Amanda Rice. Sutherland denied having an affair with Rice and said that they only met because he liked to play pool. On their supposedly wedding day, Julia Roberts went off to Ireland with Sutherland’s friend, Jason Patric. Sutherland had reportedly became a victim to a financial cattle scam, in 2010, Michael Wayne Carr, the perpetrator,  allegedly took US $869,000 from Sutherland, professed on the account of cattle to be purchased, Prosecutors alleged that Carr never purchased the cattles. Carr pleaded guilty and was ordered to pay US $956,000 in restitution to Sutherland and his investment partner.

Mary Lynn Rajskub as Chloe O’Brian, 24 Drama Series

Mary Lynn Rajskub  is an American actress and comedian, born June 22, 1971. Rajskub’s father is of Czech descent and worked as a pipefitter. ) AOL named Rajskub as one of the 100 Most Memorable Female TV Characters and named her one of the best TV nerds by the UGO.com.  Rajskub is best known for her fictional role as Chloe O’Brian as a leading role in 24 FOX action thriller series. She married her boyfriend Matthew Rolph, a personal trainer, on August 1, 2009 in an impromptu wedding in Las Vegas. Portraying the fictional role of Chloe O’Brian as analyst at CTU Los Angeles, and moved to New York, and most trusted colleague of Jack Bauer, often doing unconventional and unauthorized favors for him, even at personal risk to herself. It was revealed in the season eight, that Chloe O’Brian was arrested soon after the events of  Day 8 by the FBI and her arrest is left unknown.

Carlos Bernard as Tony Almeida on 24 thriller-drama

Carlos Bernard is an American actor noted for his 24′s fictional role as Tony Almeida, born October 12, 1962. Bernard was born Carlos Bernard Papierski in Evanson, Illinois from a Polish and Spanish descent. Originally his mother is from Madrid, Spain. Bernard can speak Spanish, Russian and German fluently. Bernard married actress Sharisse Baker in 1999 and together have one daughter Natalie born in 2003. Bernard is close to his co stars Kiefer Sutherland and Mary Lynn Rajskub. As his character Tony Almeida he was honorably discharged as First Lieutenant and worked as CTU systems analyst. Carlos Bernard as Tony Almeida,  has more episodes than any other character, second to Jack Bauer, but was surpassed by Chloe O’Brian.

Elisha Cuthbert as Kim Bauer, daughter of Jack Bauer

Elisha Ann Cuthbert is a Canadian television and film actress, born November 30, 1982, and her known fictional character on FOX action thriller,  24 as Kim Bauer and the current comedy series on ABC’s Happy Endings as Alex Kerkovich. She portrayed as the only daughter of Jack Bauer, the main character of 24 and his wife, Teri Bauer. Cuthbert was a main cast member for the 24  show’s first three seasons and has made guest appearances in other seasons, and worked under her father Jack Bauer, as Los Angeles Counter Terrorist Unit agent.

Dennis Haysbert as President David Palmer (former Senator)

Dennis Dexter Haysbert is an American film and television actor, born June 2, 1954,  known for portraying film trilogy, Major League as baseball player Pedro Cerrano, and fictional character of President David Palmer on American thriller drama series, 24, and as Sergeant Major Jonas Blane on The Unit television drama series, and Allstate Insurance commercials. And as the fictional President of the United States, David Palmer, J.D. (Juris Doctor is a professional doctorate) portrayed by Dennis Haysbert and member of the Democratic Party. Palmer served as the show’s second-most prominent fictional character, after Jack Bauer. Throughout the series, Sherry Palmer, David Palmer’s ex-wife and brother Wayne Palmer are both key figures in his administration. David Palmer has two children, a son, Keith and a daughter, Nicole. In the fifth season, Dennis Haysbert was disappointed that his character was killed, and commented that it continued an American legacy of killing its popular and charismatic leaders. However, Haysbert continued to watch the show and remained a fan.

James Morrison as Bill Buchanan, 24

James Paige Morrison is an American actor, a professional theater actor, a published poet and a yoga teacher, born April 21, 1954. Morrison portrayed the fictional role of Bill Buchanan as Los Angeles Counter Terrorist Unit Director on 24 a thriller drama series, but was forced to step down. In between Season 5 and 6, he married Karen Hayes, and returned in Season 7, working outside the official agencies to uncover a terrorist plot that goes up to the highest level of the government. Bill then charges at one of Juma’s guards by the lockdown room, knocking him down and securing the guard’s gun and manages to fire off a shot, thus setting off the explosion, that killed numerous Juma’s troops as well Buchanan’s himself. Jack was shown mourning and grieving over Bill’s body, as he had intended to be the one to set off the explosion and sacrifice his own life. Bill’s sacrifice is honored with a silent clock at 8:11:52 P.M.

Reiko M. Aylesworth as Michelle Dessler, 24

Reiko M. Aylesworth is an American, stage, television and film actress, born December 9, 1972, best noted for her role on the TV series 24 as Michelle Dessler. After The American Embassy was cancelled, Aylesworth auditioned on FOX network’s 24 for the role of Nina Myers, but the role was given to Sarah Clarke. During the casting of the second season of 24 , Aylesworth auditioned again for the role Kate Warner, this time, but the role was given to Sarah Wynter. However, the producers noticed Aylesworth and were impressed with her and asked her to join the cast for a ten episode recurring role as Michelle Dessler, as CTU agent and appeared in all 24 episodes. Then Director Jon Cassar quickly noticed the “chemistry” between Carlos Bernard and Aylesworth as Michelle Dessler leading to allow the actors to develop their characters on screen relationship. And the relationship between Michelle Dessler and Tony Almeida became popular with many fans and later in 24‘s season 7, it resurface as one of the driving forces on the drama series. When Aylesworth was released from 24, she was cast as Chandra Moore in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation as the new DNA analyst but lasted for the CSI’s fift season first episode.  Then during the season 4 of 24, the cast from the previous season returned that includes, Carlos Bernard, Dennis Haysbert and Reiko Aylesworth, as CTU high level bureaucrat within the CTU hierarchy. For the rest of the season of 24, Michelle Dessler served as CTU Director and resigned shortly thereafter in order to remarry Tony Almeida. Aylesworth’s time on 24 came to a conclusion of the 24′s fifth season, when Michelle was killed by a car bomb.

Kim Raver as Audrey Raines on 24

Kimberly Jayne “Kim” Raver is an American actress, born March 15, 1969, known for her numerous roles on TV, on Third Watch as Kim Zambrano, on Lipstick Jungle as Nico Reilly, and on Grey Anatomy as Teddy Altman and on 24 as Audrey Raines. Raver with  her husband Manuel Boyer they two sons, Luke West Boyer (b. 2002) and Leo Kipling Boyer (b. October 9, 2007).  Audrey Louise Raines is a fictional character portrayed by Kim Raver on the television show 24. She was employed for the United States Department of Defense as an Inter-Agency Liaison, where she was last assigned to the Los Angeles CTU division, where her skill set and expertise involved coordinating between government agencies. Audrey previously served as Senior Policy Analyst at the Defense Department for her father, James Heller as the Secretary of Defense. In the season 6 finale, Jack unexpectedly visits James Heller at home, and Jack threatens to kill Heller if he is not allowed to see Audrey and escape with her. Jack was granted access, but he changes his mind about taking her with him, when she saw Audrey resting, Jack admits that they can no longer be together. Jack Bauer promises his eternal love, and then leaves the house and the season ends with a silent clock honoring Jack’s sacrifice.

D.B. Woodside as Wayne Palmer (former Chief of Staff and later as President of the United States)

David Bryan “D.B.” Woodside is an American actor,born July 25, 1969, known for his portrayal as Wayne Palmer of White House Chief of Staff (and later became President, brother of the former President David Palmer on FOX action drama series 24. Woodside is also noted for his roles as bass singer in the NBC The Temptations miniseries as Melvin Franklin, as Robin Wood on Buffy The Vampire Slayer WB/UPN series, Single Ladies (TV series) and on Parenthood (2010 TV series) as Dr. Joseph Prestridge. Wayne Palmer is a fictional character on the television series 24 portrayed by D.B.Woodside. Wayne came in to replace President’s Chief of Staff Mike Novick, after David Palmer had relieved Novick of his duties at the end of Season Two. Wayne Palmer is a Marine veteran, and was later elected President and inaugurated three months prior to Season 6. In one of his first acts as President, he negotiates Jack Bauer’s release from the Chinese government paying huge amount for Bauer’s release.  In Season 7 of 24, it was revealed that Wayne Palmer died of his injuries shortly after the end of Season 6. Noah Daniels concluded, that Palmer’s term, failed to win the Democrat primary election against Allison Taylor, making Wayne Palmer as the second President to be killed off in the show during his term, John Keeler was the first one was during Day 4.

Penny Johnson Jerald as Sherry Palmer, ex-wife of David Palmer

Penny Johnson Jerald is an American actress, born March 14, 1961, and her most noted role came in 2001 when she appeared in the pilot episode of the series 24, portraying the role as Sherry Palmer, wife of Senator David Palmer, and later became President of the United Sates in the first third season. However, David Palmer divorced his wife, Sherry, when David begins to doubt whether he can trust Sherry after he learns that she covered up their son Keith’s accidental killing of the rapist of his sister (their daughter) Nicole, and is willing to continue the cover-up in order to protect his chance of winning the election.  Wayne Palmer, flees the house with the evidence, but Julia, who had been left as the only suspect in the murder of her husband, arrives at the house, shooting Sherry dead and turning the gun on herself. Although Palmer is now technically in the clear, his horror at being involved in the deaths of Milliken, Julia and Sherry forces him to discreetly leave the race for re-election.

Roger Cross as CTU agent Curtis Manning

Roger Cross is a Canadian actor, who has made many appearances in TV series and several movies, mostly in Canada, and was born October 19, 1966. Cross was noted for his role in America’s action drama 24 as Curtis Manning, CTU agent. Cross was cast in guest roles on such series as The X-files, Slidres, Stargate Sg-1, Highlander: TheSeries, Relic Hunter, The 4400, Higher Ground, Star Trek: Enterprise and Chuck. Roger Cross currently resides in Los Angeles and has two sons.  Curtis Manning as the fictional character on the television series 24, Manning was at this time the Los Angeles Domestic Unit of the Counter Terrorist Unit Chief of Staff, under Special Agent in Charge Erin Driscoll. In Day 4, Curtis Manning was serving under Ronnie Lobell,  who had replaced Jack Bauer as Director of Field Operations. When Lobell was killed in the line of duty, Jack is given the position again, and worked alongside Curtis for much of the day. He was briefly involved with CTU analyst Marianne Taylor , but was revealed to be a mole or traitor.  Curtis was killed by Jack Bauer to save Assad. Jack Bauer was deeply affected and made him sick after shooting Curtis in the neck.

Gregory Itzin as President Charles Logan

Gregory Martin Itzin is an American television and film actor, born April 20, 1948,  known for his fictional character as U.S. President Charles Logan in 24 the television series. During the fourth season, Charles Logan is the U.S. Vice President who is sworn into office as President of the United States when former President John Keeler is critically injured in a terrorist attack . However, Logan possesses numerous characteristics that make smaller or less his capacity to serve as president, in contrast to David Palmer, Logan seems incapable of making hard decisions independently, relying on the recommendations of his advisors and on Day Five, it was revealed that Logan was behind the backfiring conspiracy. When Bauer was captured, Logan makes arrangements for him to be murdered, taking President Taylor’s silence as approval. But at the last moment Taylor refused to sign the peace treaty and rescinds the order for Bauer’s death. Having lost what he considered to be his last chance at redeeming himself and in a final effort to have his nemesis Jack Bauer killed, Logan murders his right-hand man Jason Pillar and then shoots himself in the head in a suicide attempt. The EMTs working on Logan said that he would likely survive, but would probably suffer significant brain damage.

Cherry Jones as President Allison Taylor

Cherry Jones is an American actress, born November 21, 1956, and known for her role as President Allison Taylor as a fictional character on 24 FOX action and drama series, where Cherry Jones won an Emmy Awards. In 1995, when Jones accepted her first Tony Award, she thanked her then partner, architect Mary O’Connor.  When she accepted her Best Actress Tony in 2005 for her work in Doubt, she thanked “Laura Wingfield”, the Glass Menagerie character being played in the Broadway revival by Jones’s girlfriend, actress Sarah Paulson. The pair had attended the awards together and kissed right after Jones won, thus making it clear that Paulson was not closeted about the relationship. Paulson and Jones ended their relationship amicably in 2009. As her fictional character on 24, Taylor was the first female President of the United States within the 24 universe, she took office in the TV movie, 24: Redemption and served in Season 7 and 8. After Allison Taylor’s resignation, it is believed that the Vice-President Mitchell Hayworth finished her term.

Louis Lombardi as Edgar Stiles

Louis Lombardi is an American actor, born 1968,  Edgar Stiles was a fictional character on the 24 action drama television series. Edgar Stiles is an expertise  Intelligence Analyst at CTU as well as being a protocol manager and known for his eidetic memory and a closed friend to Chloe O’Brian, who described him as “a geek, but a good guy”.  During a Sentox erve gas attack on CTU, at 6:59 p.m. in Day 5, during a Sentox nerve gas attack on CTU, Stiles was returning to the main room after trying to check on a colleague, Carrie Bendis, who had gone to check a ventilator system that set off a “trouble flag.” He did not make it back in time, and failed to enter the situation room before it was locked down. He died quickly thereafter from inhaling the nerve gas, and Stiles receives the silent clock in tribute, at 6:59:52. His last word was “Chloe”.

Annie Wersching as Renee Walker

Annie Wersching is an American actress, born March 28, 1977,  known for her role as Renee Walker fictional character on the 24 television series, worked as FBI special agent. After her 24′s  two season stint, Wersching guest starred on CSI, NCIS, Rizzoli & Isles and Hawaii Five-o. Her death prompts Jack to seek violent retribution against those responsible. Among others he brutally tortures and kills the sniper Pavel Tokarev, and also kills CTU mole Dana Walsh, Russian foreign minister Mikhail Novakovich with his seven bodyguards, and was planning to President Yuri Suvarov , but Chloe O’Brian told Jack, that Renee Walker would not want him to do this in her name.

Sarah Clarke as Nina Myers, 24

Sarah Clarke is an American actress, born February 16, 1972, known for her fictional role on 24 as Nina Myers and also for her roles as Bella Swan’s mother in 2008 film, Twilight as Renee Dwyer, and as Erin McGuire on the short-lived TV show, Trust Me. She also have current fictional role as CIA Lena Smith, in a television series Covert Affairs in the USA Network. Clarke met her husband, Xander Berkeley portraying a fictional role of George Mason, as her supervisor on the action drama series 24, and they were married in September 2002, a year after meeting, and they have two daughters together. Nina Myers was second-in-command of the Los Angeles Counter Terrorist Unit (CTU) on the first season, and at the end of the season one, Myers is revealed as a CTU double agent, and survives as a recurring antagonist during seasons 2 and 3. Kim ends up confronting Nina at gunpoint and demands she surrenders. Nina tells Kim to put the gun down and leave, claiming that she doesn’t want to hurt her and that she knows Kim will not shoot her. Kim doesn’t back down and Nina starts to raise her gun. Just as she is about to shoot Kim, Jack saves her by shooting Nina in the shoulder, and Nina offering another deal, while reaching for her gun, then Bauer decides to shoot her dead, since Myers has no more useful information, in the same room where she killed Teri four years ago.

Ted Danson as D.B. Russell

Edward Bridge “Ted” Danson III better known as Ted Danson, born December 29, 1947,is an American actor, author and producer, known for his role as Sam Malone as lead character in the sitcom Cheers, and his role as Dr. John Becker on the Becker series portraying a fictional character of D.B. Russell in the CBS action drama series for television, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. The CBS’s announced that Danson will be the lead star in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation in July 2011. Danson plays D.B. Russell, a new graveyard shift supervisor who previously headed a crime lab in Seattle Washington. The other 3 actors considered for the lead roles were Tony Shaloub, Robin Williams and John Lithgow. Russell comes to Las Vegas as the new Night Shift Supervisor, since Catherine Willows and Nick Stokes were demoted as a result of Internal Affairs  removing Ray Langston from the team. He is married to Barbara Russell,  with a son Charlie, a student and basketball player at Western Las Vegas University, and a daughter Maya who in turn has a daughter of her own Katelyn, and two other kids.

Elizabeth Shue as Julie Finlay

Elisabeth Judson Shue is an American actress, born October 6, 1963, famous for her roles in the films . In 2012, Shue joined the cast as the fictional character of Julie Finlay of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation replacing Marg Helgenberger playing the role of Catherine Willows, Finlay is the newest CSI who just finished anger-management classes. Elizabeth Shue, is known to her friends and family as “Lisa”, married to film director Davis Guggenheim, and have three children, a son Miles William (named after Elizabeth’s 26th year-old brother who died in a swimming accident) and daughter Stella Street and third child Agnes Charles. Julie Finlay is the newest Crime Scene Investigator and the new Assistant Night Shift Supervisor. “Finn”, as she is known, is followed by rumors that D.B. Russell fired her when she worked for him in Seattle, and was fired because Finn “illegally” took a DNA sample from a suspect by sneaking into a party and went out with the suspect’s champagne glass inside her purse, which Russell confirmed to Greg.  D.B. Russell,tends to call Finn the “Blood Queen” because of Finn’s work and expertise with blood samples in the lab.

Jon Wellner as Henry Andrews, CSI: Crime Scene Investigations

Jon Wellner known for his fictional character as Henry Andrews, on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, working as a toxicology specialist of the Las Vegas Forensics Laboratory, who deals with identifying toxic substances which have undergone human consumption. Andrews has an impressive knowledge of lethal substances, including, illegal drugs, poisons, hazardous gases like carbon dioxide and alcoholic beverages, and frequently exhibits a thorough understanding of the toxins’ properties and effects.

Elizabeth Harnois as Morgan Brody

Elisabeth Rose Harnois is an American actress, with her last name pronounced arn-WAH, born May 26, 1979. Harnois currently appear in the hit CBS crime drama series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation as Morgan Brody as a CSI from LAPD Scientific Investigation Division.  Morgan first worked with the CSIs when Raymond Langston was searching for his sworn enemy, the serial killer Nate Haskell. The take-down of Haskell had effects for the Las Vegas CSI team, but also for LAPD SID, and specifically Brody, who was exiled from the Crime Lab for her involvement in the case.

William Petersen as Dr. Gilbert “Gil” Grissom, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation

William Louis Petersen  is an American actor and producer,born February 21, 1953, known for his fictional role as Dr. Gilbert “Gil” Grissom on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation on CBS Network.  In an interview in 2004, William Petersen described his near death experience in 1980 to Playboy Magazine, which he believed that there is an afterlife. Petersen renewed his contract with CBS to appear on CSI for the 2008-2009 season, reportedly for $600,000 per episode, but the Associated Press reported that on July 15, 2008, Petersen was leaving the show as a regular following Season 9′s tenth episode in order to pursue more stage acting opportunities, but that he may return for guest roles.

Marg Helgenberger as Catherine Willows

Mary Marg Helgenberger is an American television and movie actress, born November 16, 1958, known for her roles as Catherine Willows on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation in the CBS hit drama series, as a former show girl employed as a blood spatter analyst. When CSI first started filming, Helgenberger visited the Clark County Coroner’s Office and learned more about the role and observed more on autopsies in progress. Helgenberger got the chance to act with Alan Rosenberg , her husband, (appearing as a shady defense Attorney Adam Novak  in an episode of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation co-starring alongside his real life wife Marg Helgenberger. Novak was portrayed as a womanizer who encountered Catherine Willows  in a bar and later became the prime suspect in two homicides.)

Jorja Fox as Sara Sidle

Jorja-An Fox is an American songwriter, musician and actress, born July 7, 1968, known for her role as Sara Sidle in the hit CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, a role she has portrayed as both a regular cast since 2000 to 2011. As Sara Sidle, she was portraying the role as forensic scientist in Las Vegas. Jorja Fox and George Eads her CSI co-star, were fired from the show in 2004. Fox had allegedly failed to submit a letter to CBS confirming that she would be on time for shooting. The disputes were resolved in just over a week, and both Fox and Eads were rehired by CBS, however, both was not given salary raise, while the other cast members received raises. It was also reported that of the two, Fox was approached first to resume her contract with CSI, but she refused until Eads was rehired as well.

Gary Dourdan as Warrick Brown, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation

Gary Dourdan is an American actor, born December 11, 1966, known for portraying the fictional role as Warrick Brown on the television hit action and drama series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, which he started since October 6, 2000. Warrick Brown portrayed the role as CSI analyst in Las Vegas. Warrick Brown, the character is able to use his personal experiences from the street to help him throughout his career, but he ends up battling his demons throughout the show instead of overcoming them. There was media speculation surrounding Dourdan’s CSI contract negotiations with the CBS in 2008, but both parties could not reach a resolution, and as a result his contract was not renewed. In the Season 8 finale, Dourdan’s character was shot dead at the end of the Season 9 finale, and his character as Warrick Brown, he died in the arms of his friend and colleague, Dr. Gil Grissom.

Eric Szmanda as Greg Sanders , CSI: Crime Scene Investigation

Eric Kyle Szmanda is an American actor, born July 24, 1975, portraying the role of Gregory Hojem-Sanders or Greg Sanders in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation television crime drama, a role he has held since the show began in 2000 as a crime lab analyst and investigator before he was added to the main casts in the third season.  Gregory Hojem-Sanders or Greg Sanders character is described as a cheerful and optimistic individual and his weird love for different hairstyles and colors. The character has often met with the disapproval of his supervisor Gil Grissom, due to listening to Marilyn Manson’s loud music, while operating the lab machines and hiding porn magazines in some area cabinets.

Robert David Hall as Dr. Albert “Al” Robbins, M.D.

Robert David Hall  is an American actor and musician, born November 9, 1947, known for his role on the hit television crime drama series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation as Dr. Albert “Al” Robbins, M.D. as CSI coroner. 1978, Robert Hall had his both legs amputated as a result of an 18-wheeler truck accident in which the truck crushed his car. The accident also caused gasoline tank explosion, causing burns over Hall’s body over 65%. Hall is now using prosthetic limbs comfortably, allowing him for personal mobility, which his disability character was openly shared. Dr. Albert Robbins, known around the lab as “Doc” as the Las Vegas Police Department coroner Chief Medical Examiner, working in close conjunction with Dr. Gil Grissom and his CSI night-shift team. Doc Robbins is Grissom’s intellectual equal, and the two often carry out academically acquired good humored conversation. Since Grissom’s departure, Robbins has been shown to be developing a similar sort of friendship with new CSI Dr. Raymond Langston since both of them are surgeons, by offering his “fellow sawbones” office space in the morgue when he arrives at the lab, and the two doctors are occasionally seen singing blues or exchanging “medical banter”  while doing their autopsies and conducting investigations, about their hospital experiences.

Louise Lombard as Sofia Curtis 

Louise Lombard (born Louise Maria Perkins) is an English actress born September 13, 1970. Louise Lombard appeared in the pilot episode of NCIS: Los Angeles spin-off series which aired during the sixth season in 2009, of the NCIS series main in the two part episodes.  She portrayed the role of Special Agent Lara Macy in charge of the NCIS Office of Special Projects in Los Angeles. Unfortunately, there was negative audience reaction to Macy and as such, Lombard was dropped from the series with Macy being killed off prior to season 7 episode 23 “Patriot Down”. In March 2011, The TVLine announced that Lombard would return on the CSI: Crime Scene Investigation for her role as deputy chief Sofia Curtis, in Episode 20 Season 11, “Father of the Bride” which aired 28 April 2011.

Wallace Langham as David Hodges, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation

James Wallace Langham II is an American actor, born March 11, 1965, currently portraying the role of David Hodges in the American television hit crime drama series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation as a laboratory technician. Starting with the eighth season premiere, Langham was listed in the main titles. Despite of being accused by Catherine Willows and Warrick Brown of causing the lab explosion, Hodges vehemently denies responsibility to the point of promising to call his lawyer if taken to case on the incident. Hodges is was cleared when it was discovered that Catherine Willows, caused the explosion.

Lauren Lee Smith as CSI Riley Adams

Lauren Lee Smith is a Canadian actress, born June 19, 1980. In 2008, Lauren Smith starred in the film Pathology and became a regular cast in the ninth season on the CSI: Crime Scene Investigation a CBS hit show, and portrayed the role of  Riley Adams joining the team of Dr. Grissom, “a smart, flirtatious, and witty non-conformist who entered law enforcement to rebel against her judgmental psychiatrist father.” But due to creative differences on the show, the character of Adam Riley,  did not return for the tenth season.

Laurence Fishburne as Dr. Raymond “Ray” Langston

Laurence John Fishburne III is an American stage, playwright, producer, director and movie actor, born July 30, 1961. Laurence Fishburne, was best known for his role as Morpheus in the hit movie, Matrix. Fishburne portrayed the fictional character of Dr. Raymond “Ray” Langston, on the CSI: Crime Scene Investigation on the CBS crime drama, from 2008 to 2011. It was in this capacity that he came into contact with the CSI team, as they were investigating a series of murders linking to Nate Haskell a serial killer, who Langston interviewed for the course. After the case’s conclusion, Grissom encouraged Langston to join the Las Vegas Crime Lab as a Level 1 investigator. Laurence Fishburne as Dr. Ray Langston, made guest appearances in CSI: N.Y. and CSI: Miami in the tenth season of CSI, appearing in episodes aired the week of November 9, 2009. This gives him the distinction of being one of the two main cast actors of one CSI program to appear in the same role on all three, the first being Lt. Horatio Caine (David Caruso). However, Dr. Ray Langston is the only character who traveled to all three locations and worked fully with all three labs.

Liz Vassey as Wendy Simms

Elizabeth “Liz” Vassey is an American actress, born August 9, 1972,  known for her role as CSI Wendy Simms, as a DNA Technician in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation since 2005 to 2010. Starting with the tenth season, Vassey was promoted to a regular cast member and began appearing in the show’s opening credits, however on June 1,2010, the Entertainment Weekly reported that Liz Vassey will not return for the eleventh season. Simms worked in San Francisco, California as a DNA technician before moving to Las Vegas to take the DNA tech position she helped David Hodges investigate the case of The Miniature Killer, where the two, Hodges and Simms have an ongoing rivalry. Hodges complains that Simms tries to take over everything and thinks she’s “too cool” for the lab. Simms insults Hodges by calling him “freakboy” and “loser” but praises his investigation methods.

David Berman as David “Super Dave” Phillips, CSI Coroner

David Berman is an actor and full-time researcher on the TV series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, portraying the role of Assistant Coroner David “Super Dave” Phillips. At first he plays the role as a guest star,but, as of the tenth season, Berman has been promoted to a main character, appearing in the show’s opening credits. David Gregory Phillips also serves as the CSI: Crime Scene Investigation head researcher for the series.  Phillips was nicknamed “Super Dave” because he is the assistant coroner to Chief Medical Examiner Al Robbins.

Alex O’Loughlin is an Australian actor, born Alexander O’Lachlan was born on August 24, 1976, currently starring as Lieutenant Commander Steve McGarrett in CBS hit action drama Hawaii Five-o. Alex O’Loughlin suffered from asthma, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADD or ADHD) and (OCD) obsessive compulsive disorder. In February 2010, it was announced that O’Loughlin was cast of Hawaii Five-o remake in the CBS, to portray the fictional character of Lieutenant Commander (LCDR) Steve McGarrett (starred originally by Jack Lord) which premiered on September 20, 2010, and has been one of CBS’s most successful new shows of the 2010–2011 season.

Scott Caan as Detective Danny “Danno” Williams

Scott Andrew Caan is an American actor, born August 23, 1976, he is the son of veteran actor James Caan and former actress-model, Sheila Ryan. Scott Caan  currently stars in Hawaii Five-o remake, the CBS television hit series, portraying the role of Detective Danny “Danno” Williams for which he was nominated for a Golden Globe Award. The series premiered on September 20, 2010. In 2011 he was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actor – Series, Ministries or Television Film for his Hawaii Five-o performance.  Detective Danno Williams was portrayed by the original cast of Hawaii Five-o, James MacArthur.

Daniel Dae Kim as Chin Ho Kelly

Daniel Dae Kim is a Korean-American actor, born August 4, 1968, best known for his roles as Jin-Soo Kwon in the Lost series, as Johnny Gat in the Saints Row series of video games and as Chin Ho Kelly in Hawaii Five-o hit series. Chin Ho Kelley was originally portrayed by the original cast of Hawaii Five-o, Kam Fong Chun. Daniel Kim currently resides in Maui, Hawaii, with his wife and two sons. In February 2010 it was announced that Kim was cast in the CBS Hawaii Five-o remake playing Chin Ho Kelly.

Reiko M. Aylesworth is an American stage, television and movie actress, born December 9, 1972, best known for her role as Malia Waincroft as Chin Ho ‘s wife in Hawaii Five-o remake, where they were married in the “Alaheo Pauʻole” episode, but dies in “La O Na Makuahine”, the third-season premiere. Aylesworth portrayed the role of Michelle Dessler on the hit television series 24.

Grace Park as Officer Kono Kalakaua

Grace Park is an American born Canadian actress, born March 14, 1974, Park currently plays Officer Kono Kalakua in CBS Hawaii Five-o remake, which started on September 20, 2010. In 2004, Park  is now residing in Vancouver, Canada with her husband, Phil Kim. As Officer Kono Kalakua, it was played by original Hawaii Five-o cast, Gilbert “Zulu” Kauhi.

Masi Oka as Hawaii Five O as coroner Max Bergman

Masayori “Masi” Oka is a Japanese-American actor and digital effects artist, born December 27, 1974. He played the role of American born coroner Max Bergman in CBS Hawaii Five-o remake as main cast in season 2. He was famous for his fictional role on NBC’s Heroes as Hiro Nakamura.

Mark Dacascos as Wo Fat

Mark Alan Dacascos  is an American martial artist and actor,born February 26, 1964. Starting with the episode “Hana ‘a’a Makehewa”, which first aired on December 13, 2010, he portrays the fictional character of Wo Fat, in Hawaii Five-o,  Steve McGarrett’s arch-nemesis. Dacascos’ father, Al Dacascos, is from Hawaii, Filipino-Spanish and Chinese ancestry and a martial arts instructor, while his mother, Moriko McVey-Murray is an Irish-Japanese ancestry.

Taylor Wily or Teila Tuli as

Teila Tuli, also known as Taylor Wily is an actor, former sumo wrestler, and mixed martial artist, born 14 June 1969. Taylor Wily is of Samoan descent and from Honolulu, Hawaii. He is popular for his Hawaii Five-o role as Kamekona, he is a  confidential  informer and the, proprietor of Waiola Shave Ice and Kamekona’s shrimp truck.

8)  House TV Series  also known as House, M.D. is an AMerican medical drama for television, originally ran of FOX Network for eight seasons from November 16,2004 to May 21, 2012. The lead character is Dr. Gregory House, played by actor Hugh Laurie.  The character of Dr. Greg Gouse, described him as a unconventional drug addict,  misanthropic medical genius leading his medical team of diagnosticians at the fictional Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital (PPTH) in New Jersey.

Hugh Laurie as Dr. Gregory House

James Hugh Calum Laurie, OBE is an English actor, voice artist, writer, comedian, musician, recording artist and director, born June 11,1959, better known as Hugh Laurie. From 2004 to 2012, Hugh Laurie portrayed the role of Dr. Gregory House, the main and lead star of House, for which he received two Golden Globe Awards, two Screen Actors Guild Awards and 6 Emmy nominations. Lisa Edelstein as Dr. Lisa Cuddy, House

Lisa Edelstein born May 21, 1966 is an American actress and playwright, known for her role on the hit television drama House as Dr. Lisa Cuddy, as the Dean of Medicine at Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital, from 2004 to 2011. Dr. Lisa Cuddy is a frequent character foil ( contrast to another character) and the former girlfriend of Dr. Gregory Hopuse on FOX’s House, M.D. TV series. In May 2011, Edelstein announced that she would not return for the eighth season of House.

Omar Epps as Dr. Eric Foreman

Omar Hashim Epps is an American rapper, songwriter, record producer and actor, born July 20, 1973. Epps’ was noted for his television medical drama series ER as the role of Dr. Dennis Gant and, between 2004 and 2012, he portrayed the role of Dr. Eric Foreman on the FOX medical drama House, M.D. series, as a neurologist, and Foreman was a member of Dr. Gregory House’s  handpicked team of specialists at Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital’s Diagnostic Medicine Department. He was hired by House merely three days before the pilot episode series.

Robert Sean Leonard as Dr. James Wilson, House

Robert Sean Leonard is an American actor, born Robert Lawrence Leonard on February 28, 1969. Robert Leonard, is best known for his House, M.D. character as Dr. James Wilson since 2004, and Dr. Wilson is the head of the oncology department, until the series end in 2012. During the running show of the FOX House, M.D., the characters of Dr. House and Dr. Wilson have been compared to Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson. 

Jennifer Morrison as Dr. Allison Cameron, House

Jennifer Marie Morrison is an American model, actress and film producer, born April 12, 1979. Jesse Spencer as Dr. Robert Chase, House

Jesse Gordon Spencer is an Australian musician and actor, born 12 February 1979. Jesse Spencer was best known for his character as Dr. Robert Chase, on the medical drama hit series, House. As Dr. Chase, he was a part of the diagnosticians team who working under Dr. Gregory House until the end of the third season when House fires him. In season 6 of the House, Dr. Robert Chase resumed work at the hospital as a surgeon, and was re-hired by House. Robert Chase is the longest-serving member of House’s staff, and has been attracted to Allison Cameron. 

Peter Jacobson as Dr. Christopher Taub, House

Peter S. Jacobson is an American television and film actor,born March 24, 1965. Peter Jacobson, played the role of Dr. Chris Taub (Christopher Michael “Chris” Taub) M.D., he played as a Plastic surgeon in the House medical team and joined the diagnostics team. Jacobson, was confirmed as a regular cast on the House show in October 2007.

Kal Penn As Dr. Lawrence Kutner, House

Kal Penn (born Kalpen Suresh Modi) born on April 23, 1977, is an American actor, producer, and civil servant. Kal Penn is best known for his House character, as Dr. Lawrence Kutner, M.D. as his fictional character, he was born Lawrence Choudhary, and becomes a member  House’s new diagnostic team in “Games” episode 9 of the fourth season. Dr. Kutner commits suicide in the episode “Simple Explanation” of fifth season.

Olivia Wilde born, Olivia Jane Cockburn on March 10, 1984, is an American actress and fashion model. Olivia Wilde joined the cast of the House, M.D. FOX medical drama in September 2007, making her first appearance the episode “The Right Stuff” .  Wilde, played the fictional character of Dr. Remy Hadley, nicknamed Thirteen, and she play the role of a secretive and bisexual young internist with Huntingston Disease. Dr. Remy Hadley was handpicked by House out of a number of applicants to join his team. Remy “Thirteen” Hadley, M.D.  is part of the new diagnostic team assembled by Dr. Gregory House  after the disbanding of his previous team in the third-season finale. Amber Rose Tamblyn is an American actress and poet, born May 14, 1983.  Tamblyn was first noted for her role as Emily Quartermaine on the General Hospital, soap opera, and as the House main cast as Martha M. Charlyne Amanda Yi is an American comedian, actress, musician and writer, born January 4, 1986. Charlyne Yi, performances do not include telling jokes as in stand-up comedy, but instead, she uses different tactics such as magic, music, games and audience participation. Yi’s mother is of Filipino and spanish descent while her father is of Korean, Mexican, Irish, German, French and a native American ancestry. Charlyne Yi is best known for her role as Dr. Chi Park a Filipino-Korean doctor with anger-management issues, joining the Dr. House’s team.

Aldis Alexander Basil Hodge , also known as Aldis Hodge, born on September 20, 1986 in Onslow, North Carolina is an American actor currently starring as TNT series Leverage as Alec Hardison, as “The Hacker“. Aldis Hodge was awarded the role of Alec Hardison on his 21st birthday in 2007. In 2010, he received a Saturn Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor in Television for this role on Leverage. As Alec Hardison, “The Hacker” he was the team’s hacker and computer analyst and self proclaimed geek and fan of science fictions.

Christian Kane as Eliot Spencer, Leverage

Christian Kane is of Native-American descent, an American siger, songwriter and actor, born June 27, 1974.In the Leverage series, he protrayed the role of Eliot Spencer, and as “The Hitter“, the highly skilled martial artist, expert in weapons, a former United States Army soldier and self described- “retrieval expert”.  Christiane Kane was also known for his role in Angel, a drama television series. As Eliot Spencer, his role is often to play small roles while protecting the team, often leading him into hand-to-hand combat that shows his martial arts skills. Eliot Spencer, once worked for crime financier Damien Moreau, as a hired gun and bodyguard, then a retrieval specialist. Eliot dislikes gun, although he has proficiency with firearms.

Beth Riesgraf as Parker, Leverage

Beth Jean Riesgraf is an American actress, born August 24, 1978, known for her portrayal as Parker in the TNT television Leverage  series.  Beth Riesgraf as Parker, ” The Theft“, is an expert thief, pickpocket, cat-burglar and sfe-cracker. Parker is a  product of an abusive childhood spent in several foster homes, and is socially awkward and relates to other people poorly, but regarded the team as her own family. In season 5, Sophie Devereaux and Elliot Spencer attempted to improve gaps in her social skills on numerous occasions with limited success. Yvonne Strahovski as Sara Walker, Chuck

Yvonne Strahovski (born Yvonne Strzechowski) was born on July 30,1982, and she is an Australian actress. Born in Australia to Polish immigrant parents, Strahovski speaks Polish and English. Strahovski played the role of Sarah Walker then starred as in the Chuck American television series, a role for which she is widely known.  Sarah Lisa Walker-Bartowski one of two agents assigned by the NSA and the CIA  to protect Chuck Batowski after he unwittingly downloads the secret government computer known as “the Intersect” into his brain.

Joshua Gomez as Morgan Grimes in Chuck

Joshua Eli Gomez is an American actor, born November 20, 1975, in Bayone, New Jersey. Joshua Gomez, is best known for his role on Chuck, as Morgan Grimes. He is the younger brother of actor Rick Gomez. In September 2007, Gomez began starring in the NBC series Chuck as the the title characte and lead star’s friend, Morgan Grimes, he played as the Burbank Buy More manager. He is also an employee of Chuck and Sarah Bartowski’s Carmichael Industries. Morgan has provided assistance to Colonel John Casey when Casey is on a mission. Morgan lives with Casey’s daughter , Alex McHugh.

Ryan McPartlin as Dr. Devon Woodcomb or Captain Awesome

Ryan McPartlin is an American actor, born July 3, 1975, best known for his role as Devon “Captain Awesome” Woodcomb M.D. on NBC’s Chuck.  As the Chuck fictional character Devon Christian Woodcomb, M.D., often referred to as Captain Awesome or simply Awesome, is a character on the Chuck TV series and is portrayed by the actor Ryan McPartlin. The character’s nickname comes from Chuck’s assertion that “everything he does is awesome,” and his frequent use of the word “awesome” in conversation. Dr, Woodcomb and Chuck’s sister, Ellie, got married in the Season 2 finale, and  their daughter, Clara, was born in the thirteenth episode of Season 4.

Mark Christopher Lawrence is an American actor, voice-over artist and stand-up comedian, born May 22, 1964. Lawrence is known for his role on Chuck, the spy-comedy NBC television series, as Big Mike. 

Vik Sahay as Lester Patel

Vikram “Vik” Sahay is a Canadian actor, known for his fictional character as Lester Patel (Lester Indira Golda Patel) and is a member of the Nerd Herd in the NBC spy-comedy series Chuck, on which he became a regular cast from the second season, and played as Rama in the Roxy Hunter saga. Vik Sahay was born to Indian parents in Ottawa, Canada. Vik Sahay portrayed Lester Patel, on Chuck television series the “HinJew” half of Jeffster!. Bonita Friedericy is an American actress, known for her role on Chuck television series as NSA Director and Brigadier General M. Diane Beckman, USAF Senior official of the National Security Agency (NSA), working within the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, and holds a rank in the United States Air Force. Adam Baldwin as Colonel John Casey

Adam Baldwin is an American actor,born February 27, 1962, and known for his role as Colonel John Casey (born Alexander Coburn) on the NBC television show Chuck.  On the episode “Chuck Versus the Tic Tac”, Colonel John Casey was partnered with Sarah Walker, CIA agent to protect Chuck Bartowski. At the end of the “Chuck Versus the Cliffhanger” season 4, he was dismissed again, and was hired by Chuck and Sarah for their private spy operation. In the finale series, Casey left Carmichael Industries to pursue his love interest, Gertrude.
