Bizarre Fashions

The general term for a famous style or practice, especially in clothing, footwear, accessories, makeup, or furniture is called Fashion, referring to a distinctive styles, often-habitual trend in a look and dress up of a person, as well as to prevailing styles in behavior. Fashion Designers designs and create the newest creations and are bought by only a few number of people, because of “expensive” fashion, but sometimes, people find the style as bizarre or weird to use. The more technical term, “costume,” has become so linked in the public eye with the term “fashion”  in general term, and commonly the designs have fancy style or a masquerade wear. For a broad cross cultural style of fashion in clothing, and its place in society, referring to the entries for fabrics, clothing and costumes. In fashion, a runway or catwalk is a narrow flat platform that runs into an auditorium halls, hotels and fashion venues, used by chosen fashion models to demonstrate the clothes and accessories , designed and created by famous designers during a fashion show.

The origins of the term Emo are “covered” in mystery but it first came into common practice in 1985. The Screamo  is a commonly Harsh and inharmonious in style of Emo influenced by hardcore punk, and sometimes called the “Emo pop,” also called “emo pop punk “. Today emo is commonly tied to both music and fashion as well as the emo subculture, and commonly a fashion trends among the teens, wearing close-fitting jeans (sometimes in bright colors), body-fit T-shirts (usually short-sleeved) which often bear the names of emo bands, studded with weird belts accessories and black wristbands can be accessories in emo fashion. Some males can also be often wearing thick, black thick horned-rimmed eye-wears.   The emo fashion is also recognized for its hairstyles, and the famous looks that include thin, flat and smooth hair with lots of hair on the sides and back of the head with long side-swept bangs, sometimes covering one or both eyes. Also popular is hair that is straightened or dyed black. Bright colors, such as blue, pink, red, or bleached blond, are also typical as highlights in emo hairstyles. Short, choppy layers of hair are also common, and these emo fashion is described as a fad. The “emo fashion” was associated with a clean cut look instead, but changed as it spread to teens in the early 2000′s. The Emo fad has been related with a stereotype that includes being particularly emotional, sensitive, shy, introverted, or angst which means anxiety or fear-ridden, and has been associated with suicide, self-injury and depressions. 

5)  Gothic Fashion

Gothic fashion is a weird and bizarre style of clothing fashion, commonly worn by Goth subculture members, a dark, sometimes morbid, erotic style of fashion and style of dress. The typical and most common Gothic fashion includes a pale complexion with dyed black hair, black clothes and black lipsticks. The Goths male and female wear dark eyeliner and dark fingernails. These Gothic fashion styles are often imitated from the Punks, Victorians and Elizabethans. It is also common imagery BDSM and paraphernalia. It is sometimes confused with the “heavy metal fashion” and the “emo fashion“. Cintra Wilson declares that the Goth style are found in the “Victorian cult of mourning”.  Goth fashion can be distinguished by its stark black clothing, make-up with witchy eye make-up, and hair style, wearing fishnet stockings, black leather thigh boots. The Gothic Lolita, sometimes shortened to Goth Loli,  is a combination of the Gothic and Lolita fashion. The fashion originated in the late 1990s in Harajuku, Japan, and the Gothic Lolita fashion is characterized by darker make-up and clothing. The Red lipstick  and smokey or neatly-defined eyes, created using black eyeliner, are typical styles, although as with all Lolita sub-styles the look remains fairly natural.

Punk Fashion

Punk fashion is the bizarre and weird hairstyles, make-up, clothing, body modifications, jewelery and accessories of the punk cultures.  The ranged from variety of styles and fashions from the Vivienne Westwood designs to styles oftentimes modeled by Punk rockers bands. The distinct punk cultures of social dress and art movements,  the glam rock, skinheads, rude boys, greasers and mods influenced the punk fashion, and influenced the styles of these groups, as well as those of popular culture.  The punk fashion have similarity to the “emo fashion” and “Gothic Fashion”.
